You can try to spot clean them first. For machine washing, we recommend a delicate cold wash and air dry. The entire shoe is machine washable, however we do suggest that you take out the removable foam insert piece and hand clean with a damp cloth. It’s best to avoid using the drying machine as this can degrade the shoe faster.

Yes, we have found that for most customers our shoes do fit “true to size,” however we highly recommend that you reference the inches measurement on our size chart to find your most accurate size (measure from your heel to your longest toe). If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a half size, instead of going down.

All of our shoes are currently a medium/normal width. We do not offer wide, extra wide, or narrow at the current time. Check back in the future – we’re working on it!
